I've just read trough the archives and I got the mood to draw a fanart, so here it is:

Good job!

Dr. Mistake pretty much rules; next to Dandy he's got to be my favorite character. Although I always envisioned him with a parchment/cream-colored smock to balance out the whole crazy orange/brown color scheme the Dog family has going on (and what better homage to his mysterious father?) Green makes sense too, though!

Very nice. You could have fooled me into believing mister Fish himself drew that.

Thanks!

I've tried my best to mimic his style on the characters. I think that's the best way to draw a fanart.

Finding the colors wasn't easy. I found colored pics from Mistake and Mr. Fuzzy in the archives, but not for that smock or the timestream or the Tempus Luna. I had to guess.

Well, I see where you are coming from. Though I can also really enjoy a piece of fan art if the style differs from the original. Sometimes a different portrait of a character just works.

You're right, I've also seen lots of great fanart that made with different style than the original, but in this case I think It was better in this way. I'm not that good at drawing and also I've learned a few new things by studying Mr. Fish's style.
