Crossroads

I really liked the reaction to Wednesday’s silent strip and the questions it raised, so I wanted to really put a nice big “?” to cap this week off.

She said, she said

I’m trying something a little different with the word balloons today that more accurately reflects how I make balloons when I draw them by hand.

The Kidney Stone Blues

Hey there folks. I know it’s been a while since my last update, so I wanted to pop in and let you all know what the story was. At the end of last week, the pain from my Kidney stone and the associated nausea became too much to bear and I went back to the hospital, where they admitted me this time. As such, I’ve been in the Hospital all weekend only to discover that the stone was blocked and it lack of movement caused a back up that served to infect and shut down my kidney.

THANKFULLY, soon after getting into the hospital, the stone passed and after an additional day of tests, observations and HORRIBLE daytime television, I was given a clean bill of health and sent home. However, since I was mostly out of commission the entirety of last week and this weekend, I’ve fallen VERY behind on more than just this strip and need some time to get caught up. AS such, the strip will pick up where it left off on Monday. Thanks for the support.
