While I think I could have drawn the Robot throwdown for another week, I figured it was past due to move the story along a little. Our man, Mister Snoodles here has given us a little bit MORE information as to just what the cats might be up to. And their plan MIGHT seem a little familiar to long time readers.

Clearly, Mr. Fuzzy did not get through his altercation unscathed. Partly, this is an excuse to have Mistake repair him using parts of the leftover cat-tomaton so I can streamline his design a little more.

Side characters getting captured is part and parcel of these kinds of stories. Heck, it’s given Bernard his fair share of rope burn, and now it’s Chuck Rage’s turn. Ultimately, it’s important to take any ancillary pieces off of the chess board so that your main characters have a chance to shine… and let’s face it, the strip isn’t called “Chuck Rage & Company”.

Introducing Calpurnia
