Do you know all THAT?!

I’m sure that there are those of you that might debate that Danger Squirrel’s frequent tackling of Dandy does not constitute a Butt Kicking, but it clearly does to HER.

I AM IRON-DOG!

So, a lot of you saw THIS gag coming, but that wasn’t gonna stop me from doing it, dang it! Still I bet you were expecting something slightly more impressive that the last panel reveal.

Poopie-Heads

There was just something about Mistake TRYING to be a tough-guy that just makes this strip, for me. While I’ve shown in the past that he’s fully capable of opening up various sized cans of Whoopin’ when needed, it’s never been quite so PLANNED as he’s doing here. As such, there’s just an implied humor that I really dig. PLUS, this strip serves to answer some questions from the forum, as to what the disk on Mistake’s chest IS. (One of Mr. Fuzzy’s ear-lens’) and where the power is coming from (auxiliary power cels in Mr. Fuzzy’s various components.)

Of course, one of the regular problems with writing Mistake is on display here: Typos. Now, misspellings are a big problem for me, so It’s both FUN and a little dangerous to misspell things on purpose with Mistake. (Such as “Auxililery” which should be pronounced: “Aux-a-LIL-er-e.”) The danger comes in letting my typo-guard DOWN! Now, I’ll probably make a couple of stupid typos not realizing it.

A Wicked Idea

As always, these bigger stories require a LOT of exposition, but I try to keep these heavy talking strips as interesting as possible, if not always laugh-out-loud funny.

Still, I envision that at the end of the last panel, the “A-Team” music should kick in.

Cat-tomatons!

We are now, officially, neck deep in puns and I couldn’t be happier. And it’s also the first REAL look at our feline villains amongst themselves. Now, the first three panels of this strip take place BEFORE Monday’s strip where Mistake and Mr. Fuzzy busted out. As you can see, they are well organized, have a strong military command structure, and an ABUNDANCE of overconfidence.
