REVISED UPDATE

Hey there, folks. I’m writing to keep you all in the loop regarding my current medical condition. I don’t know how OTHER folks deal with Kidney Stones, but i can tell you they are KILLING me. I’ve been to the ER twice for pain and nausea and am so regularly medicated that I haven’t been able to focus on any one thing long enough to even watch a movie start to finish on DVD. Seriously, I’m out of it. As such, the strip is on hold until I can get back on my feet. Thanks for bearing with me… this is NOT permanent. In fact, I have an AWESOME idea for the story for Christmas this year I can’t wait to get too.

I’d also like to add, that since I’m STILL not working regularly and this mini-crisis cut into my funds considerably, this would be an EXCELLENT time to make a donation or commission request. Every little bit will help.

Holding up MORE than her half

Welcome back, folks. Since I lost two weeks due to my Kidney Stone drama, I decided to basically cut to the Halloween party. Had I been up and running like normal, I would have shown a bit more of the prep foor the party and Maryweather convincing Dandy and stuff like that. However, I think the narrative works even in this shortened form and I didn’t want to cut into the party itself in favor of showing set up.

For those who don’t know, Dandy & Maryweather are dressed up as Dog the Bounty Hunter and his notoriously top heavy wife, Beth. While it’s not supposed to be a BLUNT joke, asside from the humor is just drawing them like this, Dandy’s choice was also to spite Pumpkin a little. The costume party rules dictated, if you recall, that the attendees dress as humans. Dandy picked a Human NAMED “Dog” just to feel a LITTLE defiant.

Bee Sting Victim

While in human contexts, I suppose spaying and neutering one’s pets is a good idea, I CAN’T imagine the idea going over well in a population of humanized animals. I know I wouldn’t be for it, at least, were I in their proverbial shoes.

Phantom of the Potty

Dandy clearly doesn’t remember what Mistake has already figured out, that Pumpkin doesn’t HAVE restrooms at her lodge. It’s part of her whole rebelling against human lifestyles and the like.

Angry Tin Foil

For the record, I really LIKED the Michael Bay TRANSFORMERS movie but I do accept that the designs for most of the characters DID look like angry tin foil.
