Audrey’s never really kept her dislike of Dandy a SECRET, but this is the first time Maryweather has openly defended him to her. I think this is a big step in both characters growth.

Just as an FYI, Bernard is stocking back issue comics here.

Some of you may have noticed that I’m not EMPHASISING quite as many WORDS as I have been known for. I think I maybe overdo some of the bolding on occasion, and as such, it looses it’s impact when I really need it to. Just an experiment.

Strips like this are tough because of location. I couldn’t have them walking around outside or being anyplace else except the bedroom since Dandy has no POCKETS to pull that wad of cash out of.
