This is a series of pin-ups I did as parodies of the current “Blackest Night” storyline going on in DC’s “Green Lantern” comics. Since this storyline has expanded the spectrum of energy beyond just Green and Yellow, and each color connects with emotion, it just seemed natural to imagine which lantern corps some of the “D&C” cast members would belong to.
There are now EIGHT corps of light in the DCU to choose from, in the following order as they appear in the visible spectrum of light:
YELLOW = FEAR: In DC continuity, the first character to wield the yellow light of FEAR was former Green Lantern Sinestro, who’s always been played as kind of the anti-Green Lantern. Who better to be the dark side of our hero than EVIL DANDY.
