Believe it or not, Maryweather IS actually yelling specific things here. I knew I was going to tighten up the lettering to make it seem extra loud and impossible to read to accentuate the gag of Snuffles being deaf in the 4th panel.
For those of you curious, this is what she’s actually saying:
“SNUFFLES, I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO STAND HERE AND HONESTLY ASK FOR OUR FORGIVENESS FOR EVERYTHING YOU’VE DONE! DO YOU NEED A CHECKLIST!? DO YOU NEED ME TO SPELL OUT THE PLETHORA OF REASONS WE HAVE FOR WANTING TO SEE YOU SUFFER FOR EVERYTHING YOU’VE DONE TO US… TO ME!?!? YOU’RE NOTHING MORE THAN A LYING, MANIPULATING, BACK STABBING WASTE OF SKIN AND FUR AND YOU WILL NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER GET SO MUCH AS ONE IOTA OF FORGIVENESS FROM ME, AM I BEING UNDERSTOOD HERE YOU REPREHENSIBLE WRETCH!?!”
