A spot of tea…
I wanted F.I.E.L.D. headquarters to have a kind mission control, NASA feeling here. Although one thing I HATE about the strip format, is that the text here (While essential) covers up some of the background work. In a comic book, I could pull back for a nice establishing shot and worry about the text in the next panel. But in a strip, where the story is being paced out at three or four panels a day, you guys would likely go nuts if I took an entire strip to just show an establishing shot.
