Boy, I haven’t used THESE two characters in a while, have I? With any new character I introduce, the hope is that their character will inspire stories and to be sadly blunt, Herb and Charlotte here have given me VERY few ideas. Still, I don’t want you guys to TOTALLY forget about them.
Charlotte was first introduced as a kind of bully to pester Bernard, but didn’t last long in that capacity since Bernard regularly survives DANDY’S attention and the occasional alien invasion. You can check out her introduction story by clicking here.
