As always, writing a strip with Mistake is a tricky one. His unique way of talking always has my computer working overtime on spell checking. I need some kind of universal translator or something.

I’m working ahead for the first time in YEARS, really. In fact, thants to jesstech’s work as webmaster, I’m even POSTING the strips weeks in advance so the whole updating schedule is blissfully automated. As such, this gram was written back in early JULY. The only real downside is that I can only really gab about the strip itself, as who KNOWS what is actually happening in my life when this strip goes up.

Of course, I can update grams whenever I want, so this point is kinda moot, but still interesting enough to merit a post, I suppose.

This week’s STAR WARS parody is, of course, for RETURN OF THE JEDI. I love doing these… the only downside is that there are only six Star Wars movies to parody. I’ll have to move on to a new theme soon.

But next Sunday’s strip enters PREQUEL territory with Episode I: The Phantom Menace….

Yes… Dandy has, in fact, lost his “mojo”. Though this strip gives me another opportunity to show that Bernard isn’t nearly as willing to put up with Dandy’s pranks as he has been in the past.
