Well, the whole “Snakes on a Plane” thing came and went about as quickly as most fads with too much anticipation. But since this strip was submitted at it’s HEIGHT, it was pretty current. Thanks go to Chris Gammon.

A cartoonist named Jonas submitted this piece as fan art, but the timing was right and the art was too good to NOT use during this years guest week.

Be sure to check out Jonas’ new webcomic, DUME about a surfer dude otter and his straight laced racoon roomate. It’s shaping up to be a really great new comic.

Now, what am I doing during all of this, you ask? Well, after a lot of consideration and a number of requests, I’m working on 12 original watercolor illustrations for an all new, 2007 Dandy & Company calendar! It’s coming along great and will be on sale in a few weeks.

Today begins a fun, week long arc written and illustrated by my buddy and fellow cartoonist, Manuel Aguilera. It’s an in-continuity tale about this years Halloween with Dandy and the gang that I fell in love with the moment Manuel pitched it to me.
