I was originally going to address the issue of the power obviously being back on in the Munez house, but that seemed like such an uninportant detail to include. The background’s not BLACK anymore, so the power is back on. It’s not important to the plot that the power be off or anything. But it illustrates the regular challange of what to include and what NOT to include in a regular comic strip where space is limited.
