Ah, Koko. I love this character. He was created by fellow cartoonist, Scott Thigpen for his old comic strip, BOOMSLANG. Years ago now, we did a bunch of crossovers, where I fell in love with his evil little cat, Koko. He was generous enough to let me play with him in the Dandyverse for a while now, but it’s time to give him his toy back. I feel like I’ve said all I can say with Koko without drawing too many comparrisons to Scott Kurtz’s strikingly similar character of Scratch Fury.
As such, Koko will be STAYING in his former home of Africa. But fear not, I have plans for some fun NEW foils for Dandy in the strips to come.
