UPDATE: I’m burnt out. Some of you, by now, know that it’s been a tough year for me, and while things are getting slowly better, things have taken a bigger bite out of me than I’ve wanted to admit to until now. Having said that, I’ve decided that it’s time for a break. I need some time to get my head together and try and striaghten out some things in my own life before I can properly chart the paths for the lives I’ve invented and steered here with “Dandy & Company”.
For the next few weeks, I’ll be running the short stories and adventures I created for the Dandy & Company comic BOOK, ANTHROLogy. Most of these stories haven’t yet been shown online, so for the majority of you all, the flow of fresh material will continue unabated during this hiatus. As of right now, this is the best way I can see to keep things going without letting my fatigue get the better of both myself… and the strip.
I hope you’ll all stick with Dandy & Company and enjoy the material to come until the strip is ready to re-launch, tenetavely in December. Thanks for everything that’s gotten me this far.
