The idea behind the Infinity drive was something I came up with at about 2:30 A.M., and jotted down frantically. It’s also something I could probably devoted a weeks worth of strips too, If my intent was to numb your minds with psudo- science.

Essentially, the rings on either end are time portals, collecting energy on ONE end from the Big Bang… and on the other from the hypothetical “Big Crunch” - the end of time when the universal expansion of the Big Bang would collapse upon itself. The Idea, is that each portal ring is propelled by the energy along the orbit of gears surrounding the room, and is kept in constant motion due to the opposing force at the opposite end. It’s kind of a goofy, psudo-perpetual motion engine. Sure, it’s impossible, but it’s FUN.

Also, the railings are actualy meant to be that short, since it’s Mr. Fuzzies that run the ship.
