Here’s a bit of proof that EVERYBODY… even the stern and hard-nosed Mae… has weaknesses. Air travel is her kryptonite. Too bad Dandy’s down in baggage, and can’t do anything to monopolize on the situation. *wink*

Also, some of you will, no doubt, notice the change of font for the strip. This new, slightly more “hand rendered” looking typeface comes from the incredibly cool blambot.com website and adds a little more energy to the look of the strip.

As a matter of pure technicality, Mae’s full name IS, in fact, Mabel Ann Brooks. Dandy calling her “Mabel” is a bit of an insult as she REALLY dislikes the name. Just FYI.
