Hey there, folks. I AM alive, in spite of any rumors you may have heard to the contrary.
Currently, the strip is on Hiatus until I get my regular life back on track. It’s been discussed a lot in other threads and on the main page a LOT, but I’ve not been having the best of times during this recession and I’m doing everything I can to keep my head above water. I’m taking commissions (Like the pic seen above) and doing as much freelance work as I can to pay the bills, but work comes too few and far between lately and all this has pretty much sapped a lot of my drive to be FUNNY with the strip.
“Dandy & Company” isn’t finished or canceled but it IS taking a vacation while I try and get my life back on track. I hope to get the spark back to develop new material SOON, but my creative time is fairly well spent and I’m also exploring different creative outlets such as my upcoming comic, The Wellkeeper.
But “Dandy & Company” WILL be back, hopefully sooner than later. I haven’t yet figured out what FORMAT the comics return will take, but I’m thankful to those of you who have stuck around. Thanks
